Our Objective
We understand that not one care plan fits all so we strive to provide access to care and treatment when unable to leave home or when care and treatment cannot be otherwise accessed. We also strive to foster stability within the context of the home environment to minimize need for hospitalizations, maximize functional independence, and enhance continuity of care.
Customer Service
Allbest places high priority in costumer satisfaction since we started our business in 1994. One of the reasons of the company's viability and success is our commitment in maintaining our costumer's loyalty. This includes regular and closed physician follow up, both in physician clinic and patient's residence after discharge from our agency. Regular patient's satisfaction questionnaire are sent to all our discharged patients. Quality assurance RN's review these questionnaires every month. This is in addition to random phone surveys done by our nursing supervisors.
Quality Control
Quality products, personable and efficient services are a few of Allbest Home Health Care's way of doing business. The agency utilizes various measures to achieve the highest quality care to ensure maintenance of required professional standards. Such activities include chart audits, utilization review, performance evaluation, monthly in-service and regular staff meetings, patient's and clinician's satisfaction surveys, as well as on-site field supervisory visits. In addition, the agency has various committee that evaluate the results of the studies and give recommendations.
